Detoxifying cocktail with celery and Matcha
Very easy to make - a great choice for a healthy breakfast. A bomb of antioxidants and vitamins! Not only super tasty but also super healthy.
Matcha - "superfood". One cup of this cocktail provides energy for the whole day. L-theanine in tea increases the concentration of dopamine and serotonin, which causes a relaxing effect, great mood and good feeling.
Celery - tones and removes toxins from the body. They contain kcalcium, magnesium and potassium, group B vitamins, folic acid, iron and amino acids. Such a great and healthy product that must be included in the diet. Celery reduces inflammatory processes, helps remove toxins and slags from the intestines.
Cucumbers - the body's natural "broom", because they contain enzymes that break down proteins and clean the intestines, providing the body with fluids.
Apple contains a lot of vitamin C, A, E and B group vitamins. It is non-caloric and removes impurities. Improves digestion. It is also useful to eat the peels.
Spinach contains a lot of iron and antioxidants that fight inflammation and viruses and slow down the aging process. They contain a lot of vitamin A, C, K, folic acid, manganese, magnesium, potassium, calcium.
When making a detoxifying cocktail, do not add milk or its products under any circumstances. Natural, non-carbonated water is most suitable.
YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 apples
- 2 small cucumbers
- 2 stalks of celery
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 banana (can be frozen - the cocktail will be thicker and more creamy)
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder – Matcha for cocktails
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 200 ml of still mineral water
PREPARATION:
1. Wash the apples and remove the seeds (leave the peel). Wash the celery stalks and spinach. Cut everything.
2. Put everything in blender together with Matcha powder and mineral water.
3. Mix for about 20 seconds. or until it forms a thick mass.
4. Pour the cocktail into glasses and decorate with celery leaves and sprinkle with Matcha powder
5. Delicious!
