Matcha energy balls
Balls with Matcha are sweet, made with super healthy ingredients: nuts, dried fruits and antioxidant-rich Matcha powder. Very easy to make - a great choice for a healthy breakfast or snack. A bomb of antioxidants and vitamins! Not only super tasty but also super healthy.
Matcha - "superfood". One cup of this cocktail provides energy for the whole day. L-theanine in tea increases the concentration of dopamine and serotonin, which causes a relaxing effect, great mood and good feeling.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 spoon Matcha powder for cocktails + 1/2 small teaspoon (for sprinkling)
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup nuts (cashews, walnuts, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of dates
- 1/4 cup almond or soy milk
PREPARATION:
- Grind oatmeal and nuts in an electric grinder. Add Matcha powder and mix.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the food processor and mix well.
- Form balls of the desired size from the resulting mass.
- Sprinkle with Matcha powder.
- Store in the refrigerator and keep at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before eating.
