  • 100 g of butter

FOR THE GANASH:

  • 1 tsp Matcha powder*
  • white chocolate: 100 grams
  • heavy cream (35-40%): 100 grams

  1. Prepare a water bath (place the bowl in another container filled with water, place it on the stove).
  2. Add cream to a bowl and heat.
  3. Add the chopped chocolate to the heated cream and heat until the chocolate melts.

4. Mix matcha powder with a small amount of water and add to the mass. Mix well (preferably with a mixer).

5. Leave to cool, cover with cling film (the film must touch the mass) and then put it in the fridge overnight.

6. The next day, beat with a mixer until you get a thick cream.

7. Put the mass in tartlets. Sprinkle the top with Matcha powder and grated white chocolate.

*IMPORTANT

  1.  According to the recipe, the taste is mild. If you like it more intense, you can slightly increase the Matcha powder.
  2.  Cooking time may vary depending on the type of oven.
  3. The amount of tartlets depends on the size.
