Creamy Matcha latte is a great alternative to morning coffee.

Matcha latte is not only a trendy drink, it is a bomb of antioxidants and vitamins! Not only super tasty but also super healthy. 

Matcha is a "superfood". One cup of this drink gives us energy for the whole day. L-theanine in tea increases the concentration of dopamine and serotonin, which causes a relaxing effect, a great mood and a sense of well-being.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150 ml almond or other favorite vegetable milk (coconut, soy)
  • ¼ scoop clove/agave extract
  • ½ tsp MATCH powder

ADDITIONALLY:

  • a pinch of vanilla extract or cinnamon

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat the milk in a cup. Do not boil! 
  2. Add clavula syrup to the milk and mix.
  3. Put the matcha powder in a bowl (we recommend passing the powder through a sieve to eliminate grains) and add 50 ml of warmed sweet milk. 
  4. Using a bamboo whisk, whisk the Matcha vigorously in a "W" motion until air bubbles and foam form. If you don't have a bamboo whisk, you can use a milk shaker or a cocktail shaker. 
  5. Add the shaken Matcha to the latte glass or cup. 
  6. Whisk the remaining hot milk with a latte whisk and pour into the bowl with the Matcha.
