Matcha overnight oats
Everyone would probably agree that even a dozen extra minutes in the morning is worth its weight in gold. So that you don't have to worry about breakfast in the morning, I suggest you try boiled instead of boiled oatmeal. Porridge is prepared in the evening, and in the morning it remains to add your favorite accessories.
For porridge, it is best to use whole grain, whole oatmeal. They are more nutritious and the texture of the porridge will be better. Cereals can be filled with both plain water and vegetable milk. Porridge infused with milk will be more creamy. The taste is fantastic!
I always add matcha powder in the morning.

Matcha is a "superfood". One cup of this drink gives us energy for the whole day. L-theanine in tea increases the concentration of dopamine and serotonin, which causes a relaxing effect, a great mood and a sense of well-being.
WE WILL NEED:
- 1 glass of oatmeal
- 1 glass of plant-based milk (almond, soy or other)
- 1/3 cup seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, etc.)
- 1st century sh. maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of powder MATCHA FOR COCKTAILS
- For flavoring your favorite berries
Basically:
- 1/2 cup of dates
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy or other)
PREPARATION:
- Pour cold milk over oatmeal and chia seeds, mix well and place in a sealed container. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes and mix again. Cover and put in the refrigerator.
- In the morning, add Matcha powder to the cereal and mix well.
- Pour the dates with cold vegetable milk and let it stand for 10 minutes. Pour off the milk and grind everything in a blender.
- We cover the bottom of the container with crushed dates and put the mass of oatmeal on them.
- We put our favorite seasoning.
