Matcha granola bars
Morning dose of energy. Cereal, nut and fruit bars are perfect for a quick breakfast or as a healthy snack. The bars can be cut into pieces and added to your favorite yogurt. The taste is fantastic!
A bomb of antioxidants and vitamins! Not only super tasty but also super healthy.
Matcha is a "superfood". One cup of this drink gives us energy for the whole day. L-theanine in tea increases the concentration of dopamine and serotonin, which causes a relaxing effect, a great mood and a sense of well-being.
WHAT WE WILL NEED:
- 1 cup oatmeal (I used 3-grain)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)
- 1/2 cup seeds (chia, flax, sunflower, etc.)
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 spoon MATCHA FOR COCKTAILS
- 1 glass of dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, figs)
PREPARATION:
- Add oatmeal, nuts and seeds to a dry and heated saucepan and mix well. Fry for about 10 minutes, stirring often. You can also use a ceramic pan or bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees C.
- Melt the coconut butter and honey in a small bowl. Remove from heat.
- Add toasted flakes, dried fruits and Matcha powder to the butter and honey mixture and mix well.
- Line a rectangular shape with baking paper and pour the mixture. Press very hard to the bottom. Store in the refrigerator for min. 3 o'clock (Best prepared the day before.)
- Cut the bars into rectangular shapes.
- Store the bars in the refrigerator.
- You can cut the bar into small pieces and add it to yogurt. Great breakfast!
- Delicious 🙂
