
Matcha granola is full of nuts

PREPARATION TIME: 5 MIN.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large spoonful of Matcha powder + 1 small spoonful (for sprinkling)
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almonds (finely chopped)
- 1 cup almonds (coarsely/finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 150 C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl placed in a pot of hot water, add honey and wait until it melts. Add salt, vanilla extract and Matcha powder.
- Place all the almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the honey and mix well until the syrup coats all the dry ingredients and forms a sticky mass.
- Divide the whole mass into many small pieces and transfer them to the baking tray.
- Bake for about 15 minutes and remove from the oven. Break the granola into smaller pieces and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Pour the granola into a large plasma bowl, sprinkle with the remaining 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder. Close the container and shake to coat all the pieces with Matcha powder.
- Serve with sleepy yogurt and fruit.
