Matcha granola is full of nuts

PREPARATION TIME: 5 MIN.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large spoonful of Matcha powder + 1 small spoonful (for sprinkling)
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup almonds (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup almonds (coarsely/finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a bowl placed in a pot of hot water, add honey and wait until it melts. Add salt, vanilla extract and Matcha powder.
  3. Place all the almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the honey and mix well until the syrup coats all the dry ingredients and forms a sticky mass.
  4. Divide the whole mass into many small pieces and transfer them to the baking tray.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes and remove from the oven. Break the granola into smaller pieces and bake for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  6. Pour the granola into a large plasma bowl, sprinkle with the remaining 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder. Close the container and shake to coat all the pieces with Matcha powder.
  7. Serve with sleepy yogurt and fruit.
