Melon cocktail with Matcha
Melon smoothie with Matcha is perfect for a healthy breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 HONEY DEW melon
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder (leave a little for decoration)
- 1 tablespoon of clove syrup
- 100 ml of almond milk
- 100 ml of coconut milk
PREPARATION:
1. Melon cut into cubes and put in a blender.
2. Add the melon cubes and all the remaining ingredients to the blender.
3. Mix for about 20 seconds. or until it forms a thick mass.
4. Pour the cocktail into glasses and decorate with a slice of melon and sprinkle with Matcha powder
