Matcha pudding with chia seeds

Matcha pudding with chia seeds is a source of energy for a great start to the day. Promotes memory and concentration.

Japanese Matcha tea - SUPERFOOD! A bomb of antioxidants and vitamins! Not only super tasty but also super healthy. 

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PUDDING:

  • 400 ml coconut, almond or other favorite plant-based milk - chilled (best left in the fridge overnight)
  • ¼ scoop clove/agave extract
  • ½ tsp Matcha for cooking powder
  • ¼ cup chia seeds

FOR SEASONING:

  • 2 tablespoons of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or other berries
  • nuts (almonds, walnuts or other dormant nuts)

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix chilled coconut milk and clove/agava extract in a blender until smooth. Add MATCHA powder and CHIA seeds and mix well. 
  2. Put the CHIA pudding in the glasses and leave in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 
  3.  Garnish with berries, nuts or various fruits.
  4. Delicious!
