Matcha pudding with spinach and chia
Matcha pudding with spinach and chia is a very light and melt-in-the-mouth dessert. Ea source of energy for a great start to the day. Promotes memory and concentration.
Japanese Matcha tea - SUPERFOOD! A bomb of antioxidants and vitamins! Not only super tasty but also super healthy.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE PUDDING:
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk (unsweetened)
- 3 dates
- ¼ scoop clove/agave extract
- ½ tsp MATCHA powder
- ¼ cup chia seeds
COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of frozen banana cubes
- 1 cup of kale leaves or spinach leaves
- ¼ teaspoon clove/agave extract
- ½ cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- Optional: ½ cup frozen avocado cubes
PREPARATION:
1. Blend the almond milk, dates and clove/agava extract in a blender until smooth. Add the MATCHA powder and CHIA seeds and mix well. Leave for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. Prepare the cocktail: mix all the ingredients with a mixer until it looks like ice cream.
3. Place the cocktail in the glasses and put the CHIA pudding on top.
