Description
Shiboridashi teapot
Shiboridashi A teapot is a small-capacity ceramic container with a lid for making Japanese tea. The teapot does not have an eyelet and a strainer.
Shiboridashi simply means "squeezing" because we "squeeze" the essence of the tea leaves due to the small size and specific structure of the pot. Pour a relatively large amount of tea leaves with warm water and squeeze out the liquid with a lid. This method of tea preparation allows you to extract the unique properties of tea. The vessel is used to prepare Gyokuro and high quality Sencha tea.
Thanks to its classic shape, warm-colored glaze and precise processing, this deposit is a great choice for every tea connoisseur and lover.
