Green Matcha cocktail with pears
One of my favorite cocktails. Great taste, fresh, thick, but also filling, so it's perfect for BREAKFAST.
You can use frozen bananas, then the cocktail will be more creamy and even fresher.
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 pear
- 1/2 banana (pre-sliced and frozen can be used)
- 50 g of romaine lettuce
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder (reserve a little for decoration)
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 400 ml of coconut milk
- almond flakes for decoration
PREPARATION:
1. Pear and banana cut into cubes and put in a blender.
2. Put the chopped salad and all the remaining ingredients in a blender.
3. Mix for about 20 seconds. or until it forms a thick mass.
4. Pour the cocktail into glasses and decorate with slivered almonds and sprinkle with Matcha powder.
5. Delicious!
